Subsidised Fees - When QLD Health funds Free Flu Vaccines for all QLD residents:
The QLD Government started its broad free flu vaccine program for all residents in July 2023 and it became an annual event to boost uptake and ease enormous pressure on QLD hospitals. It’s was a huge saving for school budgets and encouraged more staff flu vaccinations, boosting healthier QLD communities.
The decision to fund free flu vaccines for all Queenslanders in 2026 has been approved!

Minimum Attendees: We require a minimum number of people but guarantee our "Fair Play" Policy - over minimum, you only pay for the staff who attend on the day. We don't charge for vaccines that aren't used due to unexpected absences.
NO other out of pocket expenses or claims to be submitted
Pharmacy Vouchers - there is no need to have vouchers for QLD pharmacies, if your staff are unable to attend the booked onsite Flu Clinic they can simply book their Flu vaccinations at any QLD Pharmacy of their choice, and there should be no charge for them.

Changes. Cancellations, Adjustments or Postponements
Administration Fees. eg capturing of Paper Consent Forms. We do not encourage Paper Consent Forms however as it delays uploading vaccination records to Medicare.
Extended time, We respect your time, your clinic duration is tailored to your staff numbers attending, typically 1 to 2 hours. Within a reasonable window, our Nurse will stay on site to complete the scheduled scope of work. Nurse time is tied to a tight clinical schedule to reach multiple workplaces in a day.
