Subsidised Fees - When QLD Health funds Free Flu Vaccines for all QLD residents:

The QLD Government started its broad free flu vaccine program for all residents in July 2023 and it became an annual event to boost uptake and ease enormous pressure on QLD hospitals. It’s was a huge saving for school budgets and encouraged more staff flu vaccinations, boosting healthier QLD communities.
The decision to fund free flu vaccines for all Queenslanders in 2026 has been approved!

  • The Flu Vaccine itself is free

  • The Standard Nurse Fee:

Charged Per Site Visit, it is still the lowest fixed on-site fee in the industry, regardless of your location.

Why do you have to pay a Nurse Fee when Vaccines are Free?
If you travel to a Pharmacy, you can get vaccinated for free, sometimes inconvenient because of queues.
If you visit a GP, you may pay a consultation Fee
We have to pay our Nurses for time & travel to your workplace to administer vaccines onsite, similar to a consultation fee.

  • Minimum Attendees:

To qualify for our Standard Nurse Fee, we require a minimum number of Attendees. Vaccination can still proceed under minimum, we will send you our Fee Structure Table for under minimum Attendees.

  • NO other out of pocket expenses or claims to be submitted

  • Pharmacy Vouchers:

There is no need to have vouchers for QLD pharmacies, if your staff are unable to attend the booked onsite Flu Clinic they can simply book their Flu vaccinations at any QLD Pharmacy of their choice, and there should be no charge for them.
