  • The Vaccination record is uploaded to AIR (Australian Immunisation Register)

A record of the completed vaccination will automatically be uploaded to AIR, if you have Medicare or an IHI.

You need to access My Health Record on your online myGov Account to download your Immunisation History Statement (Official Proof of Vaccination).

How to find Proof of Vaccination from your myGov Health Record.

  • Without an online myGov Account or Medicare

You can still create a myGov account and obtain an IHI even if you are not eligible for Medicare. It’s a simple and secure way to access all government services such as My Health Record in one place.

UNOFFICIAL PROOF OF VACCINATION

  • Each Attendee will receive a VaxiCare Vaccination Confirmation email after vaccination.

  • VaxiCare will, by email request, issue a customised VaxiCare Vaccination Certificate, but it does not replace an official Immunisation History Statement required by Employers, which is downloaded from your online My Health Record.
