The Vaccination Process

The Workplace Coordinator needs to:

1. ENQUIRE ABOUT A QUOTE OR BOOKING

1. Contact VaxiCare to enquire about a Quote or Booking using our Online Booking Form.

2. Negotiate, we will contact you to discuss your needs, Time Slots and fees. Your appointments are tailored to your staff numbers, generally 12 Appointments per 15 minutes. There is no maximum, we will extend the Appointment if more time is required, the Nurse will stay to complete all vaccination bookings. If you require a Nurse to stay significantly longer than the appointment time, an additional hourly Nurse Fee may apply.

3. Booking Confirmation. Once confirmed, we email you a Booking Confirmation Link and QR Code with full instructions. You receive 2 emails, one is titled COORDINATOR Instructions, the other is titled STAFF booking instructions. Both emails contain 2 attachments, a QR Code and a User Guide.
